FiFi Designs was created by Afiya Guerin, a self taught Jewelry Designer.  After 5 years of designing and a lifetime of eclectic artistry, this Toronto based designer began creating one of a kind pieces as an intergral part of the set design for the Kink in my Hair T.V. show in 2006.  Afiya's lack of formal training has meant that her foray into the design industry is uncluttered by the formality of techniques found in text books and tradeshows.  Afiya chose jewelry as her vehicle of expression, as it allows her to express her love of natural materials, texture, and colour within that medium.  For her, the pieces take on a life of their own, and through her talented hands they form and mold to the three dimensional movement of the body.

FiFi Designs strives to push the boundaries of creativity so every piece is unique, from the inception of design, to the completion of the piece.  Afiya uses Swarovski Crystals, Wood Beads, FreshWater Pearls, Glass, Acrylic Beads, Metals, Precious, and Semi-Precious Stones to creat these beautiful pieces.
